Applies to transcripts with dense medical or technical content.
Applies to "messy" transcripts that require extensive work with many corrections per page. This includes transcripts with minimal paragraph breaks. If your transcript has been scoped and spellchecked, this increase is unlikely.
*Rates apply to PDF transcripts with 22-25 lines per page. Transcripts with 26+ lines per page will be charged an additional fee per page.
Send me your PDF transcript file(s) by email. For CaseCAT, send me a zip file, along with audio, through Dropbox or by email. Please include specifics on when you need the transcript back by and anything else I should be aware of. I will confirm availability and get to work!
I will carefully proofread and make clear and concise annotations (via PDF) that honor your preferences and style. For corrections through CaseCAT, I will use Track Changes and scanstops or push pins to alert you of any areas that need to be checked.
The annotated PDF or zip file appears in your inbox (or Dropbox) by your requested deadline. You can rely on me!
You'll receive an invoice the following 1st or 15th of the month. Invoices are due within 15 days via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, credit card, or direct deposit. New/one-time clients will be invoiced immediately after completion of the first assignment.
